Tania is a wife, a mom and the CMO of Collab&play. She was born and raised in Mexico. Tania, Marketing BS, has over 10 years of experience working in marketing for large corporations, she has a Social Media certificate from UCLA and a Strategy Management certificate from Harvard. Working long hours and commuting long distances was part of her professional life for several years. It was until she became pregnant with her first child that she started to realize how challenging it was being a full-time working mom and became aware of the barriers her and many other moms face at the workplace. For the very first time, she actually considered to stop working as an option to spend time with her baby. Her son was an inspiration for her to partner with Silvana’s to create a space where mothers can continue their careers while having balanced lifestyles.
